    You need to buy some themes for you as per your requirements... its better... if you are looking for something which can help you without udpating any thing or the themes come with many post don't go for that...

    You don't need a specific theme. The best way to have higher CTR are to integrate Adsense within the posts - Add Adsense ad box inside the post.

    It's not the theme, rather it is you to get click on ads.
    1). Post valuable content on the site.
    2). Place the ads manually under the title.
    3). Don't put ads inside loop or iframe.
