I have some good news for those of you who remember AllAdvantage (that paid users to surf the web by showing them advertising related to what they were viewing online, in a toolbar). The company is back with a new and improved system.

If you are interested to read more about the new system, I have created an unofficial agloco blog which lists the pros and cons with regards to this system and whether you should sign-up or not.

    Here’s my 2 cents:
I know that back in 2000 there were some people making good money with the old AllAdvantage program. It was only because they got a head start, and managed to get many affiliates. I only made $9 because I entered the game late, and it was hard to get new affiliates (the internet was already flooded with AllAdvantage).
Having said that, the new system is still in beta testing but I signed-up anyway. I just want to get as many affiliates as possible until everything goes public. It will be harder afterwards to convince or even find new members to join.

The worst-case scenario: You have nothing to loose.! Even if you don’t get many affiliates, you could still make a couple of bucks a month, just for browsing the internet for 5 hours/month, which is a pretty good deal to me.

I am looking forward to your comments regarding the new AllAdvantage.

Ahh, AllAdvantage. I had over 10,000 in my network and was increasing by over 100 per day. Those were fun times.

alladvantage went way down the drain with those fake account surfers and account makers, the program was flawless though. Hopefully no one hacks it and scams them out of there money again.

I think it could last. I think i made $1000 dollars last one.

I joined, illl judge it myself.

I have signed up. I have not downloaded the toolbar yet.

From what I have read, you receive 1 share for each hour you surf and .25 shares for each hour someone in your network surfs. They will offer a cash option instead of shares, if/when they turn a profit.

As long as there is nothing wrong with the toolbar (spyware), there isn't much risk in signing up and trying it out. I don't see me promoting it much, unless they begin to offer cash incentives instead of shares.

You can't download the viewbar yet. It's not available right now.

Where did you read that information about earning shares?

I got my email straight away, after about 5 attempts to get through the CAPTCHA. Man, that is enough to put people off signing up. I don't normally have trouble with them, but that one... well, is that a 2 or a Z? a 5 or an S? It's really hard.

Instead of a really tough CAPTCHA, why not just ask a question like "what is the capital city of france?" that people can easily answer, but bots have no clue about?
