Buying Sites making $5-10 a month revenue, prefer by adsense but open to all.

Site must have solid traffic, if the site does not make $5-10/ month but has over 1,000UV a day I am interested in this as well.

Prefer automated sites or semi-automated which do not require my full attention. Must be adsense safe, and legal. My budget reflects what type of site it is, the traffic, pr, and the domain name itself. I will pay an honest price.

 

Are you ready to pay 10x or 12x the monthly earning of website!!

you are crazy man, a site with 1000 UV a day means 30K UV a month.
just an average 1.6 page-views/month the site will have around 50K Page-views per month.
you also want the site to be adsense safe.
with a $5 ECPM the site will earn $250/month.

But you are saying you want a site with 50K traffic at just $100 (assuming you will pay 10x-20x of monthly earning), whereas sites with such traffic will cost you Several thousands dollars.
you just want a site which has traffic (adsense proof), but which is not properly monetized.
I will advise the owners of such site to go through the threads of adsense guildeline forum (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=69) and properly monetize their site.

 

I think everyone is taking this out of context. I will pay the fair price. Which is normally 6-12 months revenue for a site. I did not cap my budget, thus if a site does not have $10 a month in income but has very high quality traffic then I would be interested in the website as well.

I believe you are thinking my budget is only around $100-$200. My budget is much greater than this but every site value is determined on a case by case basis.

 

in that case you should clarify your budget in the OP.

 

My budget is flexable, if your site is 3 months old and has $10/month stable revenue I will pay (in theory) 6 months of income for the site. If your site is 10 years old and has made $10/month every month I would pay (in theory) 18 months of income. It all depends.

If your site doesnt make any income but has high organic volume I am interested in this as well. Price would be assessed in regards to volume, traffic source, etc...

Hello, I have a semi automated wordpress site http://srmstarz.in

If you updates the site regularly, you will have like 5k pageviews daily and 1k visitors. I worked at it only in September and October. After that I didnt updates it on regular basis so my alexa got down from 600k to 900k. Currently it have 500-700 visitors daily according to google analytic.

I never done ads on it, my main earning is via adf.ly on which it earns like $0.2-$0.3 automated and if updates regularly than $0.5-0.7 daily(Earned that much in October). But I am sure it can go good with ads.

It recently updated hosting from hostgator. I have paid like $79 = Rs 4200 to hostgator for one year hosting and $6 to bigrock.in on 5th January 2013.
