    I was unaware that Google's Algo was capable of detecting the number of times on particular individual submitted their site to a directory.

    The reality is, you could submit 50 times in one day and only get approved to 1. The other 49 are never going to count. I don't think the frequency or volume of submissions is even detectible. What is, is the inbound link once its established. That said, I am not sure that the original question has any bearing what so ever on Google's Algo.

    Better to get one PR 7 than tousands of PR 1-3,
    But the PR7 or higher must be a natural permalink in your field of content.

    How do you get that ?
    You must be a very good writer who can deliever unique and good content to get a perma do follow backlink from a authority site.

    There is no rule in google that says you should have to submit only this much of directories in a day.If you want to do directory submission,you should have to use only those sites which have been indexed in Google.

    submission to a lot of directories in a day would be called spamming so be in limits and submit just 20 directories maximum a day.
