    I am not agree with this. SEO is not a natural process. because we are doing SEO with the help of on-page optimization or off-page optimization. But the natural things are never being done by someone that happens automatically. According to me SEO is a process through which we optimize our website according to the search engine that's why its call search engine optimization.

    Yes its natural process also but if you are not doing anything for promotion of you website.

    yes SEO is natural process after google updates its wants natural work not spamming, in off page work like as social bookmarking, forum, Article submission is a part of natural work, So keep natural work in SEO.
