Please let me know if there is any extra condition for forums to display Adsense or is it normal like a blog?

Same with normal blogs, the only different you need to watch out is that your users may post content that is not appropriate for adsense and may result in your account being banned.

Tonyran is quite correct on this one. It is best to have some type of flagging system for your forums or even volunteer moderators are even better. UGC is great for a content generation strategy but can be tricky for maintaining a quality standard of content.

I would gave up on adsense if I were you. It is widely known that adsense on forums has very very low ctr, so you need a huge amount of visitors for a decent earnings.
By low ctr I mean 0.05 %, or even lower. So you would need something like 10.000 visitors a day for a 5 $ earning.

Be careful when you implement your ads on a forum and be careful that people do not post content against googles terms

There is a small risk when you using Adsense in forums. I suggest you to not to show Adsense ads for the logged in/existing users (just a precaution) and don't allow to users to post content that violates Adsense TOS such as threads on warez, hacking, adult content.

I have been using adsense on a forum for 8 years and haven't had a problem, but my content is well monitored and I don't allow warez, sex based or violent content. I also sell advertising privately, they don't have to be mutually exclusive
