Open up an account at Google Webmaster Tools. If there are any issues you'll be notified within the account (and gets lots of other great information).

You basically have to check through the guidelines yourself and ensure you are not infringing on any of those rules. Google Webmaster Tools might notify you of some problems, but they will not list all potential issues. There are places that you can get a free SEO analysis. They'd likely point out anything obvious.

Check it clause by clause from the Google Web Master Central Guidelines.

As alot have said above; The only problem with google is they do not give out well information on what is and isn't allowed. If you search google for the answers, generally you will find them.

Add your site to Google webmaster tool and if there is any problem then you will automatically notified. You can also use seo site check up website where you need to add your URL and then you will get all the issues that are not according to Google' existing guidelines. If this is not enough, you can check Google guidelines yourself.
