I am selling my number one website. TheCramerReport . com This is the first site I have ever created, and I think it turned out pretty good. The website is 9 months old.

    Creation Date: 10-Mar-2006
    Expiration Date: 10-Mar-2007

Ok, so over to the important stuff. Revenue.

The site is built on an arbitrage model. If you are not comfortable with this method, then this site is probably not for you. HOWEVER, the site does receive SE traffic, mostly from Google, and is also listed regularly in Google Blog Search and Google Finance.

Here is a screenshot of ADSENSE revenues. One is a shot of all the payments I have received from Google, and the other is for this month. I have only this one site with Adsense, so...if you don’t believe me, then tough. Pay attention to the URL channel as the custom channels were just implemented to track a placement I had fairly recently.

    ADDITIONAL REVENUES:

Text Link Ads - about $60 - $80 per month.

TribalFusion - Just put it up halfway thru the month - $42.

    Amazon - $95.29

Commission Junction - $360 THIS MONTH - $552 total. This month I was pimping a product hard.

TradePub - Roughly $200, most of it from this month, as I have been pimping them pretty hard also.

    EXPENSES:

I have never, ever, ever spent on PPC more than 50% of revenues - Tanslation - If I make 3,500 in a month from Adsense, there is no way that I spent more than $1,700, if that much.

Here is a couple of screenshots of the traffic - pick apart at your own will.

    WHY ARE YOU SELLING?

    Uh, Money? A few reasons:

    1. I will be starting a new job in Manhattan in a few weeks. Sounds good, right? Well it is. But it also adds 2 hours to my day because of the commute. I do not want to do it anymore. It is just not for me.

    2. I was not kidding. Money. Don’t get me wrong, this website provided me with a nice watch, a vacation in the Caribbean, gifts for those I love including all new furniture for my Mom. I just want to cash out, now.

In a way, you have me over the barrel, because I ready to get rid of this site today, and will entertain all offers over $5k.

Also, the site comes with therealmoneyreport . com, which is just launched yesterday.

    Thanks for listening :)

    refresh your page.

Sorry, I just meant that some people are not into arbitrage. They feel that when they buy a site, they do not to want to spend more money. No offense.

Where does the content come from? Is this something that I would need to continue to update?

Also, the site comes with a newsletter subscription list of roughly 400 people who expressly signed up for it. It is a great way to push an affiliate product.

Like I said before, the site is run on Drupal, so the maintenance is easy. No harder then writing an email. Drupal also provides for user login, so in the future if you wanted to offer a premium service.membership, that would be no problem.

I used to have it on the 2.99 basic package on 1&1 and it was 100% fine. I recently switched to JaguarPC's VPS because I thought I would have an empire of sites, LOL. I have no empire, and have a few idle sites on the server. I would switch it back to a shared hosting plan. according to my stats, the bandwidth is 5.74 GB/Month.

I can also offer help with the install to your server of choice, as well as hosting on mine for a short while.

Would you include details of your PPC campaign (keywords etc) with the sale?
    Thanks.

I'm very interested however I have no idea whatsoever regarding the subject of your site. I'm guessing it would be rather hard for me to just jump-in and try to manage this?

Can you PM me your adwords spend by month for the past year? And in terms of experience, you or someone would need to watch the show right - are you picking up the content from another source?
