I think article submission and forum posting links are good backlinks.

 

Natural back link are good for site. this type of backlink always create visitors response and Google mostly likes this. socoal bookmarking , forum posting, blogging is the right way for creating natural link building.

 

Google gives less priority to two way linking. That's why three way linking is used. Quality back links help in increasing the site rank.
