What type of title tag is more better while optimizing web site?

I am Dwivid. I am little bit confuse about title tag optimization hope that I'll get good help from her.
I want to know that which is better while optimizing title tag of website.
xyz | xyz
is this better or
xyz-xyz
is this better

Here I am changing in syntax only and want to know that too which is better.

 

Hi friend in my opinion joint phrase is important but search engine wise i am sure simple pharse is important regarding title tag purpose...

 

friend would you give me example of simple phase for what you are taking about?

 

I like using this version more: XYZ | ZYX

But I only use | if I'm separating a domain name from other text in the title.

 

When I use two adjacent keywords in title and not a phrase I usually use a comma to separate them and "-" to make distinction between keywords and website where needed.

 

Title tag is list of keyword and you put always primary keyword in title tag. the length of primary keyword is max 70 charc.

 

Title tag is important mostly XYZ is prefer is search in Google, yahoo and bing so this is best....
