I currently make $60 a month using an affiliate link on my blog. I have been thinking about adding an email service like Aweber to get sign ups. I am just worried that this method will not work, and I will lose a month's worth of pay. Should I take the risk? I know I can get repeat customers using this technique. Repeat customers are key to any successful business venture. The secret to success (if there is such thing) is this: Provide MORE then you promise.
It depends on. The sales techniques, quality of the product or service and subscribers' demand and so on. Those should all have effect on the sales.
You can go with free trial for mail chimp or $1 for aweber as a startup on email marketing . You can go with simple feature to find out is there a conversion rate then only you go with paid service. If your list are quality enough, i'm pretty sure it help you to generate lot of money and not only one times sales. It even help you to get lot of repeat sales for the same list. All you need is know what your list need and offer what they need and track the result. Get a email marketing that able to track the CTR, open mail rate, bounce rate, conversion rate, able to categories all your list to smaller niche .
