Yes. I used the network w/o any problem for 2 weeks or so.
But now as they've turned into CPC, its not preferable for me.

@Shalin99 The impressions are based on clicks so its still cpm just shows a clicks due to script error. Basically inorder for your popunder to count as a fully viewed, the visitor must click anywhere on a website for a popunder to popup. Thats what makes it count as a paying click. Angelix had a few people trying to cheat the system by sending bot traffic so now he had to switch to adding a extra step to verify that the viewers are legit.

As I can see the minimum payment is $10. Here is their terms for the delay: "Payments are sent every two weeks on the 1st and 15th of the month."

Wow. how do we serve malware you havnt used us in like ages. our ads are 100% clean now. We admit we screwed up in the beginning by allowing any advertiser advertise at popcpm.com but we dont anymore since all our ads are served via doubleclick.
