According to me Google Dance is an out-dated slang phrase used to explain the period of time in which Google used to rebuild its rankings, and as a result of this rebuilding, rankings of websites on Google's Search Engine Ranking Page may fluctuate in order during a some day period.

A major change in google's algo causes a big shuffling in the search results. Such a shuffling of search results is called google dance. It can be surprising for us, sometimes in a pleasant manner, and it can be even shocking when our rankings gets destroyed. In recent time, such a dance happens every other day.

When you are dancing, you body is goes up and down. In the same way in Google dancing Page Rank of your site is goes up and down. That time you can't get the exact PR of your site.

Google Dance does not help you at all.....it is the time that Google needs until it finds your correct position in their search.

if you push a lot of links to your site and your site isn't already strong enough to compensate the power, it will start to dance, meaning going up and down.

Google does not dance anymore and has not danced for over a year. A google dance is a term referring to the way google used to update their SERP results, every 4 – 6 weeks. There was usually a massive change in the search results and the search results were generally unstable. Now google uses a continuously updating pattern so the results shown by google are much more stable than they once were.

    Hello Malik

It is a process where re-arranging and ranking of sites take place. This happens every 6 to 10 weeks, when google re-indexes its database of websites and this process was named as google dance.

Approximately once a month, Google update their index, rebuild site rankings, the period during the update is known as the Google dance and as a result of this rebuilding, rankings of Web sites on Google's SERP may fluctuate in order during a several day period.

Google dance :This is when Google updates its entire database of websites, which usually occurs at the end of each month. It is called a dance because there can be a dramatic shift in the rankings as Google updates some sites as being more relevant than others.

Google Dance is an out-dated slang term used to describe the period of time in which Google used to rebuild its rankings, and as a result of this rebuilding, rankings of Web sites on Google's SERP may fluctuate in order during a several day period. The "Google Dance" would happen anywhere up to 36 times per year, however in 2003 Google begun updating its index on a weekly basis, which all but eliminated the Google Dance.
