banner ad design

I need quotes for designing 8 banner ads. All for the same site. files need to be as small as possible while maintaining clarity.

Winner will need to use their creativity to come up with cool designs incorporating the current logo.

2. 468 x 60 IMU - (Full Banner)
3. 88 x 31 IMU - (Micro Bar)
4. 120 x 60 IMU - (Button 2)
5. 125 x 125 IMU - (Square Button)
6. 728 x 90 IMU - (Leaderboard)
7. 160 x 600 IMU - (Wide Skyscraper)
8. 120 x 600 IMU - (Skyscraper)

I can do it for $37. I am good with graphics, and will do the best job. Here's one of my most recent demos, but I can do much better than this:
