how to get maximum traffic on my WP website?

Hi..........I would appreciate if any can help me on this.........Well i have wordpress site which provide free WP themes............But i dont know how to get traffic to it...............help???

 

which wordpress do you use ? free or at your hosting ? if not free and if your site page Rank is more than 1 then you may visit my signature link .
