    You cant do that.

Since Paypal allows Charge-backs and in Liberty Reserve once money is send its GONE (no Chargebacks whatsoever)... thus no one will do this Exchange for you as there is a possibility that the ex-changer can get scammed.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards.

You can do this by some sites which are stated by Liberty Reserve. I like ExchangeZone for exchanging money from PayPal to LR or PP to LR.
They have list of too many trusted and verfied exchangers who have hundreds of success transactions. There you can easily exchange your money. Fee is much low, like 10 or 12 dollar for 100$.

How trustworthy are these exchangers below? Anyone tried them? Noted that they are not fast and take up to 3 days to receive funds.
    auto-xchanger.com
    ebuyexchange.com
    swapmybuck.com

    Thanks:)

I posted this in Another Thread but I would not use SwapMyBuck.com. $80 PayPal to Liberty Reserve gone without any response for three weeks. Do NOT use them if you wish to guarantee a legitimate trade.

As others have said, the only reliable way to transfer your currencies is to use a trustworthy currency exchanging website. There are also many individuals who will charge less of a fee for transferring your funds, but the legitimacy of these individuals cannot always be guaranteed. For the best security, Google for currency exchangers and find one with good reviews throughout the internet and use them.

There are many websites that will do so. I reccomend just doing a trade with someone you know in person because there will be a 95% chance it won't be a scam
