    When Adwords gives the user full research details, it will be a mighty free service. For now though, it's better to search around for a keyword tool that can give you competition analysis and full search results.

    Most of above have suggested you Google adword keyword tool as the best keyword research tool. I would also go with them. I am also using this tool for two years, and always got best results for keywords research.
