    I have heared that market samurai is great but it costs about $100.

    trafic travis is free and they say it's ok

    Google Adwords Keyword tool and SEMRush. If you are on a Spy mission, then Spyfu.com. If you have an established website, then nothing beats your own Google Analytics Search Keyword report. There are gazillion opportunities which people overlook when they do not set up Advanced segments in Google Analytics on their keyword reports.
