Hi - very sorry my friend but you cannot recover from Google penguin. Once it has hit your website you are fucked forever. It happend to me as well and no matter what changes I made it never worked. Your frustration is felt by thousands of webmasters.

It's pretty serious. It's almost like Google is trying to squeeze out everyone but the authority sites.
Even so, there is still time for smaller sites to squeeze out a little profit.

I hear people say it is possible to recover Google panda, but I think it is a really hard process.

anyway, at this point I suggest you to sell the site (price would be very low since it hit by panda) and start fresh. do not use any blackhat SEO methods, just build your links naturally. Google 'Google Panda Survival Tips' and learn how to survive.

I have been doing everything that I can think of or find advice on and my site keeps sliding down. Three years ago we were on top of every page, and we never paid for, traded, or asked for a link.

The fact is that Google has given up on small business, and mainly promotes the megasites. If you are Walmart or
    Sears you get respect.

The best way is to rely on more consistent and reliable traffic sources.

Search engine traffic is great, but there is so much risk in relying fully on Google and other search engines.

Get your content updated, and remove any broken links if any and do original submissions. But one thing is for sure, you are certainly going to be involved for a long period of time.
