    Can any one suggest me
    i want to submit sitemap for my website which is having more then 1 million pages.

    Should i submit only 50000 pages or all 1million pages to webmaster.
    Suggest me.

    It doesn't matter either you submit them individually or at once. But as your webpages are many, so I'll suggest you to generate .php sitemaps which submit unlimited webpages and this will save your time.
