Need an explanation from madadsmedia.com

    I participated in their ad networks for more than 3 months.
    I once received their payments for the month of September.
    The payment for October is on 12/15/2012.
    But my payment was delayed for 5 days. To this day I still have not received your payment.
    I tried to contact support so much but I just received an email from them with a picture attached. They said they paid me and have problems with PayPal, so I have not received payment from them. They attach an image without transaction ID and they call it "evidence". Maybe they thought I was a child? I've been using paypal for years and never encountered this case.
    Please keep my topic a few days. I want them to have an answer for me on this issue.

    I think madadsmedia should have a definite answer for him. Silence here means madadsmedia is scammers.

    Has not received payment as well as any response from them.
    I tried waiting for them in a long time. My payment was delayed 6 days.
    My patience is limited. They are scammers.

    I'm unsure as to why you're making these accusations, as our billing coordinator, Christy, has responded to every one of your emails. Regarding the screenshot "not" containing the transaction ID, this was also clearly displayed at the top of the screenshot.     Several days later, you responded with the following:

    "Hello,

    I do not understand what do you think send me a picture with no transaction ID and said it was "proof" of payment you sent me?

    You think I'm a child?

    You told me to contact Paypal while I do not have your transaction ID from?

    I have used PayPal for many years and I have never encountered this situation.

    If really so, please give me a transaction ID. I will contact Paypal support.

    I want to know when I will receive payment.

    We hope that will soon get the answer.

    We were confused by this, as the screenshot clearly displayed the transaction ID, but Christy immediately responded with the following:
    "Hello,

    The Unique Transaction ID for this payment is: #0P225755UV267354J

    I apologize that we are having this confusion. We sent you that image so that you could obtain the transaction ID along with all of the other information regarding this payment. We did not try to mislead you by any means. This transaction ID number is listed on the very first line in the image, which I have attached again below for your convenience.

    ...We received no response back.

    I, personally, had made mention that your PayPal address was different than your previous payment, hoping maybe you had forgotten that you've changed it. Your previous PayPal address was: , your October payment PayPal address was: (each with similar recipient names). I received no response.

    We're baffled as to why you'll ignore our emails, but have no issue coming into these forums and accusing us of not paying you. Not a single one of our 1,100 additional publishers has backed up your claim of not being paid.

    So either:
    A) This is a isolated incident with your payment & PayPal, which we are more than happy to help you resolve.
    B) You were paid and are checking the wrong PayPal account.
    C) You had the wrong PayPal address saved to your account. In which case, please let us know so we can begin the process of canceling the previous transaction.

    Nonetheless, we value our relationship with you, and of course want to get this resolved. I just ask that you stop making these wild accusations of being "scammers", as we're clearly making every attempt to help you with this issue.

    I found your paypal payment was sent to the wrong address.
    Please review my paypal address on file.
    Before that I just received an email from the support payment with an image no transaction ID. I do not get to add any email replies.
    I hope that you will help me to solve this problem soon.
