    We cant handle Google Indexing. Google have own algorithm for indexing and its executes time to time. If we want our blog or site indexed quickly then we can request for that through webmaster.

    Google typically crawls sites with high PR often so that is one way to get indexed fast or for my own blog i just connected it to my G+ profile and that was it. bang it was indexed.

    I used to think the same thing, but that is incorrect. Google is now crawling my website every hour, and it is indexing 1-3 pages each time. You have to "train" the spiders into doing that.
