    I need some new offpage and link building techniques.

    I am doing :

    * Directories
    * Bookmarkings
    * Blob Comments
    * Articles
    * Blog submissions and posting
    * Forums
    * Press Releases
    * RSS submissions

    But i need some new techniques, if you know any new technique that can improve SEO rankings , then please tell me .....

    Submitting stuff to the major document sharing sites (Issu, Scribd and similar) is not a bad tactic in my experience. Add that to your link building plan/techniques.

    I think you can get better results with those techniques which you are doing but you should do with quality and relevancy. Google is telling in every algo's update that try to make relevancy with quality content.
