Hello, I am optimizing my website from one week. I just want to know can Google cache the website within 15 hour & how many time goggle cache the website in one week.

Yes, i agree with deepak. Crawling frequency is completely depends on the website content and how frequent you are updating your content. Domain age and other all factors are also included in this. If can set a crawling frequency rate in web master tool also. But im not sure whether its a good strategy to follow.
