    Actually, that is a very big myth about search engine optimization. I have seen search engines take sites into account with horrendous strings in the url, and still gets most of it!

    to say that their are query strings in the url is way off base though. Just take this site for instance, the url's have not been "search engine optimized".

    almost 285,000 pages indexed... :)
