    any duplicate content issues and just mix up the text a bit?

    "looking the same" is not a problem. You can have the exact same look but just change the content a bit and you should be fine.

    Well the squeeze page really doesn't have much text, just a couple sentences, and the rest is just images which was sliced up in photoshop, but the images are very enticing.
