What is SEO's future?

Hi Guys,

I am doing a research on SEO after last few major algo updates from google.
Most of the guys on web are discussing that directories, social bookmarks and other link building tactics are dead now..is it true? If link building tactics will die how SEO will survive? What is the futre of SEO's? which off page SEO activities are dead or going to be dead in future?
Is Google planning to make a big change in marketing industry that will change the life of SEO's or what?

Guys are saying content have been become major part in achieving top page results but how much content..is it not spamming to write 10 articles on 10 keywords and distribute all those in a day? I am confused with all of these queries....

Did anyone have exact answer to this?

 

Future is depend upon the person who using the SEO in efficient or ethical way.It is depend upon the techniques you have or what are the methods you use these strategies.

Directories, social bookmarks and other link building tactics are dead or still alive?..if alive then how many submission we need to do in a day or month?

 

SEO has a very brigth future.

 

Don't worry about SEO in future, all link-building are working, i am doing directory, article, social bookmarking, forums and blogs. I got back-links for them.

 

You don't need to take tension about SEO future just focus on your best and quality work and learn more and more about seo techniques because seo want update to your self then you can do quality work according to update.....

the value has been decreased..but not completely dead. Still directories, social and other link building tactics are working but that should be done in ethical, related websites, and to a certain limit with rotating keywords..., there is no hard and fast rule to tell how many submissions have to be done in a day or month.,

as someone said SEO is oxygen for a website.., i agree with it., as long as www is alive SEO will be there.., but you / user have to update himself with the latest updates / happenings in the web world...,

posting 10 articles for 10 keywords within a single day is not at all good practice.., write a good quality content., may it takes time but it should be worthy which can go viral.,submit it to 10 quality article or press release sites..,

there might be some changes you can see by google, but it doesn't mean SEO has no future..., so you be alert and keep the track of changes and mould your SEO according to search engine guidelines.

Yes, content is always king.., that doesn't means that you need to change your home page content frequently..,for atleast 3 to 4 months u can change content to keep a user engage..,

I Think future of SEO id depend upon this.first Content is king. 2 Natural backlinks will always win.3 Personalized search will be a reality.4 Optimization for multiple platforms is key.5 Social activity will increase in importance.

 

It surely has a great future ahead! Besides that, SEO professionals would be making more out of this business, as each and everything is going online and everyone wants to stay on top.

 

That's really great information to giving here. SEO future is really not important then doing fresh content and relevant work, so giving better quality work and increase more traffic to your site and get more benefits.

Social bookmarking and other bookmarking tactics are still used and are best methods and will also be used in future.

 

Really, all SEO methods are still in used, but it relies on you that how will you use them. If you want backlinks or get more traffic to your website then you have to do excellent quality in each SEO services you prefer. So, you should focus on this factors instead of future of SEO.

 

This statement seems very pessimistic.
SEO as a way to mislead search engines and make them believe your site is better than it is might be dead BUT telling Google who you are and optimizing the site for it to catch the essence of your site will exist as long as the Internet will.

Now the rules are evolving as everything around us. The key might to use comprehension rather than habits... Think ahead.

Future is always depends on person. Its not in SEO industry all industries have changes time to time like web development, web design and other IT companies. So research the best technique for your work always as per changes in industries.

all the business are oprated through internet.
to handle the business on the iternet we need the group of customers from where we can get money online.to increase that set of users or customers we need seo.
