Bet365.com is using a custom CMS as well as have the proper gaming license to legally offer online gambling. The cost of getting a CMS built and getting a gaming license alone would be enough to stop you if you're not a millionaire. So if you're not a millionaire I would recommend setting up a simple blog using wordpress focused on soccer and basketball, sign up to Bet365.com affiliate program, and promote them on your blog. Go to my affiliate resources page to see what I use to make a gambling blog.

Good luck with your new site. :)

WordPress or a custom CMS designed by someone who can make one specific and unique just for you. I'd go with custom, but that's just my opinion.

Definitelly go with Wordpress as it offers more plugins (a lot of them are for free). I used to work in Joomla, but at least for me Wordpress works much much better. Also it has some plugins very useful for affiliates
