    I am working for a keyword SEO Company Australia which is in top 20 rank if checked in Google.com but it is no where found in Google.com.au. Do i need to adopt any different technique for getting rank in Google.com.au. Please suggest...

    You need to get ranking at Australia just build the links & to promote the website at Australians directories, blogs, social media, etc...This is called Geo targeted promotional activities :)

    If your domain name is with .au extension, it would help your website to get more importance in Google.com.au

    Other tips I am using to promote my websites in country based Search Engines,

    1. Create content relevant to the target country
    2. Get links from business directories connected to the targeting country
    3. Host website in the same country

    ghazia is correct, but you need to create regional based link building in order to get ranking in Google.com.au. You need to create links of Australian domains to get ranking in local search engine.
