    Google reads 66 characters of your url, Try not to make the title long and useless one, if it goes a bit long, shorten it while making it appear relevant and meaningful.

    This is true. However remember, Google is after natural rankings so if its longer then that its ok.

    Just make sure you build quality backlinks and have decent content and you will rank.

    Long title is good, but dont cross it more than 66 words. They the words which are extra will be deducted to crawl. Try to focus on keywords and content which is unique and interesting. Arrange your meta tags perfectly. Keep investing your thoughts in every now and then.
