    This is just bad scam attempt. There is no way you get $5000 revenue. For such high amount you would put some proof of it in the first place, definitely prove your ownership and certainly not start bidding at freaking $100.

    You might have got it to BIN price at $20k but that's something I just don't believe in

    It's a ponzi site taking it's last breath. Stay away guyz.

    Even if he is real owner (Just suppose), He can't sell the site because ownership of these type of sites can not be transfered. He can recover details and take control anytime he will want.

    The site is using buxhost script. Their terms of service state that they do not support change of ownership. http://www.buxhost.com/ptc/tos

    If i would be interested in taking over, I would demand money from him to take over a business with ton of debt.
