Modifying the size of full screen pop ups

    Hi I'm using an ad pop up program to generate revenue, and when I go to the pics section of my WWE Divas site a full screen pop up will show up. It's been like that forever, and I tried finding ways within the coding to modify the coding to make the pop up smaller in size, but I really don't know what I'm doing. Thought I'd post the code and see if someone can help me out with it.
