    Im selling this Elgin, Illinois City Guide Website.

    • It's 14 Years old.
    • It is PR1
    • It has unique content.


    I haven't really tried developing the site after the initial setup. You can use it as a satellite site in your blog network to take backlinks (Aged niche sites are perfect for that purpose) or you can develop it as well.
