You can do inner linking by creating link on your homepage to your inner pages. You can do this by inserting link on your homepage content but its should be look naturally. For example if you are describing about SEO Services then in content you can link to seo package page by using SEO Package anchor text.
Inner-Linking means Interlinking is very crucial to your SEO strategy. It means how you link to your inner pages, the web pages residing under your domain.
According to me The honest fact is, if company owners knew how important that the internal linking structure of a site was to a site's performance on the search engines, they'd have multiple dedicated staff working just to make sure they had it optimized 100%.
To get a good picture of 'inner-linking', simply visit Wikipedia and observe how it connects different articles through certain keywords within one article. Of course, you don't want to do this too much as Google considers this as keyword spamming, unlike Wiki which has a lot of authority.
This is just a link within your site, it helps attracts Google to your site. It just like a spider web, linking 1 page to another.
