    First of all should I ping my domain or should I just ping my backlinked sites

    and second should I ping a site if all of it has already been indexed?

    You should ping the links to your articles on your site. I don't think you need to ping the site if it has already been indexed, only new content on your site should be pinged so search engines know your site has new content.

    Only ping your backlinks but don't ping everytime you make new backlink more over if you use xrumer to help you to get the project done. for SEO pro, I think ping is ignored as long they can make one of two quality back link from high authority website daily. focus on the quality will give you better result than quantity I believe

    Ping your pages as well as you backlinks. But if your page is already indexed then no need to Ping it.

    Like others have said in this thread..It doesn't hurt to ping both. As far as backlinks go - I wouldn't ping them all at once.

    Also, remember that you don't really need to ping pages already indexed in Google..The main purpose for pinging is to get them indexed.

    Both is good but ping your website once time but you can ping your backlinks when ever you want to index them.
