Is there an app (mac/iphone) to manage my websites tasks, seos, etc?

i would like to have an application or something to manage my website plan.
Do you know about some software that can do this?
i want to be able to create new tasks, to write somewhere what did i do that day, etc.

On android I use astrid tasks, which syncs with google account
And also in the past I used firefox plugin Reminderfox, but now I base everything on android (phone and tablet)
