I need a good host
PHP with the ability to turn php safe mode off or on
mysql with a database size limit that is fairly large
Lots of bandwidth and disk space would be nice

Good/reliable hosting != free hosting (≠, != means does not equal to)

All those features unlimited, on a free host, IMO that is asking for trouble as time goes on. It may be good for now and depending on your actual requirements may remain good, but for ensured reliability I would be weary of free providers.

 

I give you at most a couple months before we see you here again looking for hosting. Free hosting is generally neither good nor reliable.

 

i have to advise u contact rackhost.biz they r just building there hosting business but they r sealing hosting from 2 years have good strong hosting , nulled script and Warez linking allow ..

Free hosting is the equivalent to а concept of a “shelter” or “dorm”. The host is offering you a place for living for a time while you perform a specific job or anything else. The decision is up to the owner: he can throw you out anytime. Making You feel comfortable is not in his interests either.
You can place Your website on the provider’s server for free. It is better to say – not for the money. You will have to pay for this service anyway.

i just changed from 1and1 to http://compila.com such a great host half the price i was paying before and i get unlimited space and bandwidth
