    Hi,

I wanted to see if anyone could help me answer a question that just popped up when looking at negative keywords..

If I use the term usa as a broad match negative, would this stop my ads showing for terms such as usage? I guess not but wanted to make doubly sure so I don't exclude anything by mistake..

    Thanks for any help..

USA and USAGE are two different words. Negitive keywords works on words not alphabets.

yes, Exactly using broad "usa" as a broad match negative would replace "usage" completely. Better to not use usa or you can set it as exact match for better result. Thanks.

USA and usage are not same so don't worry about that if you add usa as a broad match negative, then it will not effect on usage

Hi - Absolutely, adding 'usa' as broad match negative will NOT prevent you from showing on 'usage'.

    Cheers
