    I have a Thailand themed site and one of the first things I did was create a Facebook page for my site. Starting to build follows on twitter too. I also contribute to Thailand forums and on relevant blogs. I guess you could do the same for your Vietnam site

    First of write unique content for home page and cities or location for which you provide your service and after write content about your services that you provide to your client and then do social bookmarking on high pr, link exchange with related websites, submit unique article on article submission directory as ezinearticles, articlebase etc. these few things will help to generate traffic and make backlinks.
