please tell me when i will get ranked for my keywords

Hi dpers i have studied about seo and also followed all the basic techniques for the site my website is www.pregnancytweet.com can anybody tell me what to do now as my site is indexed already .

Internal linking has been done is there any benefit of investing money in directory submissions and article submissions etc .

I dont wana use these methods as everybody knows these methods .

This thread i have started so that if anybody can reveal a secret about such a technique which we have not heard of .

as to submit site directory,article,blog,submitting templates evrybody knows these seo techniques but do anybody know the hidden seo to rank on the top as there are a lot of techniques for it .

I know nobody is going to share those here on the forum so what is the benefit reading these forum .

I dont know why people waste there time .

I aam sorry for anger but its natural as i have been working on the site for past few time and its not even ranking at last position on any keyword .

What keywords are you targeting, and where did you get your links from?

 

I checked your WHois info and it shows that you just registered the site (8th sept). i don't know how you want to rank without any backlinks (according to yahoo site explorer).
