    Up for sale is EpicFails.org. This is a funny Image website that if ran correctly from Facebook you can point users back to your site and earn income. This niche is very hot right now and I believe will be hot for many years to come. People love seeing funny stuff online all the time.

    The Keyword Epic Fails get's searched 22,000 times a month. Please do confirm this on Google Keyword tool.

    This is NOT built on WordPress. I had a friend install this theme and it is just like Pinterest. Very easy to run. You can post images yourself or Have users post images as well.

    You can monetize this site with Adsense, CPA, Clickbank, etc. What ever you like. Just drive traffic to your new site.

    I haven't had time with this site at all to push traffic. I didn't even install Analytics. Feel free to try any traffic source you want after purchase. But I say facebook should be your best bet.

    Okay, there seems to be very less content. Though, it has 22k searches, it all depends on the CPC of the keyword as well. The site seems to be interesting, though lacks content and if the site has enough, expected content, then I was ready to negotiate.

    EDIT: What scripts you have used and do you have a valid license for that script/plugin.

    Yes hardly any images or content as I am working on another project to be flipped on Flippa. I only installed the theme and posted a few memes and funny images up, and let the site sit. I was gonna come back to it and work on it but I still do not have time. The new owner once purchased can begin working on it.

    I am all open for negotiation.

Also, let me know what is the final price I can get it for from your side, so that I can discuss with my partner.
