Contest $20 Logo for Opinion Blog

Everyone. We have a new blog. It's www.3kgs.com. It's all about opinions. Take a subject and give an opinion on it. It's highly social and will no doubt take off once we get rolling with content. We need a sweet looking logo. Something that really gives a good web 2.0 feel. Get creative and I will select the best logo. I will make one declaration though,I reserve the right to not select any if they don't look good, or reflect what the site is about. This should be an easy kill for anyone that likes to do logos...I do not. Here is what you will need to deliver:

Format: .ai (nothing else, I don't want a photoshop file) I will only accept vector art.

Dimensions: Rectangular, not square. px don't matter since it's vetor art, I can resize it.

Time till end of contest: 48 hours

Payment: Paypal

Colors: http://www.colorcombos.com/color-schemes/255/ColorCombo255.html

We are using color pallette 255. Use it and you are able to use black in addition to the 3 colors.

@mitcharr I am digging your bottom one. It's clean and works. I would like the "K" tobe capitalized. The font I am not crazy about. I need to make sure it fits with the site.

@slimshady Not bad. I like the idea behind it. It's in the running but doesn't grab me to say "hell yeah, that's it!".

@lead2play this one just doesn't pop. Seems a little less social than the others. i.e., not so web 2.0

@johnrossgd I like the little style you put on this. It's in the running, it might be a little to futuristic for me though. I need something with a little less agressiveness.

@logoedesign too bubbly.I see where you went with it.The font isn't right for the site either. Good concept, but need to rework this.

@Gp Singh Not bad. I don't like the bubble though. The font feels a little fruity. I need a nice confident font. I wouldn't select this one.

@frikusha is that a water bottle? Again, here the font might be a little off. I like the cleanliness of the logo. I just don't like the font or the water bottle.

@Satchii I love what you go going on here in terms of design. I think the equalizers might be a bit off since it's not a music site but the layout is solid. I feel almost comfortable with the font. I just need this a little less hip hop feel and more opinionated blogger feel. You are in the running based on style though.

satchii the only issue I have with your latest revision is the 3. I would like it to either be bigger than the wording or made to be like a math problem i.e. Kilograms 3 (squared). Icon wise, I like the 3 people. It plays off the 3 aspect.
