    Not to sound too dumb, but I'm a newbie here. What articles exactly are you guys talking about that you would submit? I'm trying to find ways to get traffic to my site and this looks good, I'm just not sure where to start or what to do with this list. Any help guys?

    You write articles on topics in your niche, optimize them and then submit them to sites in this list. All your articles should include a resource box with an optimized link to your site. It's helpful for both SEO and direct traffic purposes

    It's a great list, but IMHO it would be more cost effective and also much more time efficient to follow the plan described here:

    Article Submission Helper is a nifty free tool for easily submitting to multiple article directories. But by following the said link you would concentrate only on the 20 most important article directories, with high PR, to save you time and hussle. There's also a simple spinner included.

    More than submitting to 1000's of sites, it is worth your time to take out the best 100+ directories and submit to them.
    After all submissions are done to get your backlinks counted and traffic flowing from those published articles.
    Also beware of the duplicate content issues, it is no more profitable to submit the same article to hundreds of sites.
