My advice is that you would definitely need to learn something as human beings, we are all endowed with special gifts deposited into us by our creator God. So just discover your talent you would sure be able to know how to do one properly.

 

There's more to SEO than refreshing articles. Optimize your title tags, meta descriptions and h1 tags to keywords you want to rank for.
There are also free directories online, and creating a google plus page helps with local.

 

I am suggesting rewriting some nice articles and then submit them to article directories...you can also use social networking sites to get some traffic.

I hate to point this out but will do it anyway. You have been a member of this forum since early 2009. To me, that just means you have already learned a lot of things that you can do with traffic generation to your site or what have you. Besides, isn't your signature a part of your "generating free traffic"? Not to be offensive here-just my two cents : )

Second, you can record yourself talking and then transcribe your speech to text. Do some basic editing and here you have an article.

This would be cheap in more than one way, but you can get relevant articles in a different language and try to use Google Translate to translate them into the language you need. It will look awkward and will pretty much suck, but if you have no budget and no other way... better than nothing.
