    you can have some article spinner or generator to write article for your requirement and do it yourself if you don't have enough money to spend in generating good traffic to your niceh.

    There's more to SEO than refreshing articles. Optimize your title tags, meta descriptions and h1 tags to keywords you want to rank for.
    There are also free directories online, and creating a google plus page helps with local.

    I am suggesting rewriting some nice articles and then submit them to article directories...you can also use social networking sites to get some traffic.

    I hate to point this out but will do it anyway. You have been a member of this forum since early 2009. To me, that just means you have already learned a lot of things that you can do with traffic generation to your site or what have you. Besides, isn't your signature a part of your "generating free traffic"? Not to be offensive here-just my two cents : )

    The first thing you do is change your limiting belief about writing. Every one can write. After all you have managed to write your post here so you can write, can you. Second, you can record yourself talking and then transcribe your speech to text. Do some basic editing and here you have an article.

    This would be cheap in more than one way, but you can get relevant articles in a different language and try to use Google Translate to translate them into the language you need. It will look awkward and will pretty much suck, but if you have no budget and no other way... better than nothing.
