    I am not from US or canada and want to accept credit cards directly on my website in its simplest form;

    Name:
    Address:
    Credit Card:
    CV/CVV2:

    I don't want 2checkout or paypal, as it takes the customer to their website for them to checkout via there. I want the user to stay on my page and sort everything.

    How can I achieve this ? Please help

    You would need a merchant account and payment gateway to accept the payments.

    It's much easier doing so with paypal.

    To do this, you will need a bank that will allow you to open a merchant account. Requirements for this will vary from country to country, and you should check with your local banks for more information on this.

    Well , you will need a API connection, customers will be able to enter all necessary information in you web page. But to get such service you will need a PCI DSS. It's not legal to have access to credit card information.
    To resolve "your" problem, you may ask to create a customize payment form for your clients. I may give you some advices.
    If you have any questions, feel free to contact me :)
    Have a nice day!

    You must do your homework first before you begin to accept credit cards on your web site. You have to make sure that you have all the information you need to make an educated decision on the type of credit card service provider you require.

    As I see it on their site Sri Lanka is not in the list of restrictions by country, so I think everything is ok =)
