    is it possible to upload money to moneybookers through indian cards i have city union debit card i used it to send usd to americaan frds but it is declined by all other ewallets ,suggest which cards from india accepts moneyb ookers or neteller?

    You can upload funds only using a credit card, not debit card (Indian debit cards don't work on MB). For Moneybookers, you can also use bank wire transfer to upload funds to your account.

    If you have online banking with SBI, you could try using a virtual credit card. I don't know for sure if it will work because I have not tried this yet but you could give it a try by creating a VCC for a small amount like say Rs. 200 or so.
