    Hosting should be supported by Paypal, so you can sign up with them. They also accept direct CC payments (VISA / Mastercard).
    Another option would be 2checkout.

    Use Paypal and 2CO both because in 2CO some Indian debit cards also works. What about other country , i don't know. And paypal accept only cc.
