I beg to disagree, Sir. Payoneer support is awesome . And many people will agree with me here. While this may be an unfortunate event for you, but payoneer support is exactly the opposite of what you mention. Based on this one incident you shouldn't say "Really Bad and Lazy Support"

If you were charged more, may be you can contact the merchant who made the charges and work it out with them. Always works for me and I manage to get a refund in cases like this. Anyways, I hope your problem resolves soon.

 

Nope, their support member told me at live chat, this is caused due to a technical problem and within few hours my money will be refunded, i transferred some amount to my friend in his card two time in short time period, but i was charged 4 times.

Hello David, Is EWA private network an approved sender for the virtual bank account? I see on this thread Nissim mentioned few months ago that he'd submit the request to the bank.

You can receive your EWA payments to your Payoneer card with the US Payment Service. If you have any further questions please feel free to ask.

 

Yup....you can. Nissim added EWA on the white list after I requested. Payoneer and Nissim are top notch.

I like Payoneer services but the support team takes long to reply to email messages. Normally takes me like half an hour to get through to live chat and when I finally do, they keep saying "give me a minute to check your details" and it takes like 10 minutes for every question I ask to be replied to.

Can I load my Payza account or Skrill account with money from Payoneer card ?
And can I send and receive money from Elance via payoneer ?

You can add your Payoneer card to your Skrill account, however we do not currently support charges from Payza.

Elance is an official partner of ours, so you can receive payments from them directly to your Payoneer card. Simply log in to your Elance account and select Payoneer as your payment method.

 

I had open ticket on Nov 2 then visited their chat 3 times and they said issue is currently under review, but on 9th Nov i receive response from Payoneer on my ticket with this message, means chat was totally misleading me that issue is under review. Ticket details was sent via email to David but he didn't even replied to my email. totally poor support from payoneer.

Sorry, I forgot to mention it. I did not ignore your ticket, I passed it on to be reviewed, our department should be notifying you regarding your US Paymetn Service account within 48 hours.

 

Nissim Great Info.. any way many of my Friend are using Payoneer card they never have any problem but only isue is that if transaction failed then still charge are applicable please look on this.
