    Hi,

    I want to buy french traffic (pop up, site under, ...) for my website. I don't need real visitors, i only need views (1 view/ip/day). But I can not pay too expensive, 1.30$/CPM maximum.

    Do you know where I could find that please?

    No, because i don't want "real visitors", they can close the site under immediately. I just need french "views" on my landing page :(

    To get more France views with a CPM rate $1.3 per 1000 views, you can try adperium. As little information, they only accept publisher under 1000 alexa rank position and they have good reputation too. To use their service, you shall deposit $50 before you can run your campaign. They will pop your site at maximum size 800X600

    if you want European traffic you can try virtualrealtyinfo, the traffic is a little cheaper but is counted in Google stats for which every part of the world you are targeting.

    Have you tried fiverr. Maybe you can find somebody there, who can send you french traffic. I hope that helps a little bit.

    Why not running a Facebook ad campaign?You can easily target french people there and also can run your ad campaign based on CPM.

    And i can not use facebook because my cpm is 1.3 (i don't speak about banner views but page views)

    Almost every ad network gives you the opportunity to buy french traffic.

    You can also try the french ad networks (believe you'd get a higher ROI for your buck).
